License Agreement

This is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or an entity) and inKline Software Labs. By installing the software package, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, promptly uninstall the software.

INKLINE SOFTWARE LABS SOFTWARE LICENSE

Modem Booster is licensed on a per user basis. The license grants the user the right to install and use the software on one or more computers so long as the total number of users does not exceed the license quantity, just like a book cannot be read by 2 persons at 2 different locations simultaneously

MODEM BOOSTER IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. INKLINE SOFTWARE LABS FURTHER DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE ENTIRE RISK ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE AND DOCUMENTATION REMAINS WITH YOU.

IN NO EVENT SHALL INKLINE SOFTWARE LABS OR ANYONE ELSE INVOLVED IN THE CREATION, PRODUCTION, OR DELIVERY OF THE SOFTWARE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE OR DOCUMENTATION, EVEN IF INKLINE SOFTWARE LABS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
